目标

让管理员能区分和管理患者(C)与陪护(B)用户，查看订单统计。

需要改动

前端

用户类型筛选下拉：全部/系统用户/患者/陪护
表格 userType 列用 el-tag 颜色显示
用户详情增加订单统计 Tab（订单数、总金额）

后端

新增 /system/user/orderStats/{userId} 接口
