问题

小程序中医院列表和服务价格全部硬编码在前端：

  • peizhen.js: 医院选项和服务类型写死在 data 中
  • peizhendetail.js: 医院选择器是固定数组
  • index.js: 医院数据和服务价格写死

修复内容

小程序端

  1. 首页加载时调用 /system/hospital/list 获取医院列表
  2. 服务类型和价格改为从后端配置接口获取

后端（如需）

  1. 确认 sys_hospital 表有数据
  2. 可新增 sys_service_type 表存储服务类型和价格
